Staff Accountant

What You'll Do

• Client Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Manage bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple clients across diverse industries
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions
  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and post journal entries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Support clients with day-to-day accounting needs
• Payroll
  • Process payroll for multiple clients
  • Maintain payroll records and employee information
  • Aid with payroll tax filings and compliance requirements
  • Respond to client payroll inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Tax Support & Professional Development
  • Assist with gathering and organizing tax documentation
  • Support tax return preparation during tax season
  • Learn individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corporation tax preparation
  • Aid with basic tax research and planning projects
  • Develop technical accounting and tax skills under the guidance of experienced professionals

• SALARY RANGE: $55,000-$65,000
