Staff Accountant
About the role
The Staff Accountant supports the daily financial operations of a non‑profit, mission‑driven educational institution. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, assisting with month‑ and year‑end close activities, and supporting the production of financial reports. The position also contributes to budgeting, variance analysis, grant and restricted fund tracking, and audit preparation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Non-profit, Religious org experience is highly preferred.
- Higher education, tuition environment is ideal.
- Someone that appreciates the culture and mission is a must.
