PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Areas of accounting include:
- Cost accounting
- Plant accounting, reporting and analytical responsibilities
- Sales revenue accounting, including trade fund spending and analysis
- Fixed asset accounting, including sales tax and property tax
- General accounting, including bank reconciliations, month end close, journal entries, account analysis, and budgeting
- Credit evaluation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Prior work experience or internship preferred

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements
- Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management
