Who we are looking for
- Receive, verify, and process AP invoices using Ramp
- Process employee expense reports, review for accuracy of coding, verify approval and in line with policy using Ramp
- Vendor setup & maintenance
- Support weekly payment runs
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
- Support the month-end close
- Prepare 1099s at year-end and obtain W-9s as needed.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned
What you bring to the Team
- 4+ years of overall accounting experience
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in accounting
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $30- $45. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
