Staff Accountant

What You'll Do
- Payment processing, AR account analysis and payment processing
- Calculates monthly sales commissions and posts general entries
- Generates and issues customer invoices
- Maintains and monitors aging reports and follows up on past due accounts
- Resolves billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Conducts expense variance analysis and provides cost savings advice to management
- Aids in timely and accurate month end and year end closing
- Projects monthly financial statements and other required reports under strict deadlines
- Performs other duties as needed

Education and Experience
- Recent BA or BS in Accounting or business understanding of accounting
- Experience with ERP systems preferred (Sage 100 a plus)

Monday through Friday
1st Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm
Overtime as required

California Pay Range
$65,000—$75,000 USD
Pay
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
