Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee the entire billing and collections process and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• Navigate and maintain records within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across all modules.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and other internal reports.
• Support audit requests and ensure all financial activities align with GAAP.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive accounting workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close.
• High proficiency in NetSuite is required, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) are a must.
• A strong understanding of GAAP and the full accounting cycle.
• You’re organized, deadline-driven, and able to switch gears between high-level analysis and granular data entry.

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus options.
