Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Oversee daily accounting activities including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and support business decisions
- Perform audits and maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support month-end close process and assist in year-end audit preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with financial systems and databases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
