About the role

Audit Support & Readiness
Support response to auditor requests and coordination of supporting materials across systems and stakeholders.
Prepare for the 2026 audit cycle by creating scalable, repeatable processes.
Month-End Close & General Ledger Accounting
Support the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Improve accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of close deliverables.
Financial Reporting Activities
Support internal and management reporting schedules.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, open items, and process gaps.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in cost reporting and tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Experience supporting financial audits, audit readiness, or external auditor requests.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including comfort working with supporting schedules and account reconciliations.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive work to completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems.
• Experience improving close processes, accounting documentation, or audit support workflows.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with evolving systems and processes.
