Staff Accountant

Job Details

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including receipts, payments, settlements, and adjustments.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management using data analysis tools.
• Manage foreign sales activities, including tracking and reporting on international transactions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts using Excel and pivot tables.
• Prepare and process payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage the general ledger, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary information and answering inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with data analysis tools and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and foreign sales activities.
• Familiarity with financial accounting principles and general ledger maintenance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
