Staff Accountant
Job Details
Prepare and post journal entries and month-end close activities
Perform account reconciliations, including cash, prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial data and investigate variances
Assist with revenue recognition and subscription billing processes
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions
Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting schedules
Assist with audit requests and compliance reporting
Help improve accounting processes, controls, and automation initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, HR, and executive leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
