Staff Accountant

About the role
As a Staff Accountant on our General Accounting Cash Team, you will prepare journal entries, perform account analyses and bank reconciliations, support the month-end close process, and assist with audits. You will also contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that drive efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance accounting operations.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the monthly close process, ensuring all reporting deliverables are completed on schedule
- Prepare journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly and quarterly work papers, bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Partner with finance and operational teams to resolve accounting issues
- Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
- Take ownership of your work and seek continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general ledger accounting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills
- Experience with a general ledger system
- Experience with Blackline or other reconciliation software (a plus)

Pay
$70,000 - 80,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
