Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations, maintaining balance sheets
- Support the preparation of internal financials, SEC filings, and investor materials
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and prepaid expenses
- Aid in general ledger close processes, including allocations, exchange rates, and internal reports
- Assist with external auditor requests for quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX 404 audits
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 2-4 years of experience in general accounting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with Oracle preferred
- Experience with public companies and SEC reporting required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with various levels of staff and external parties
- Willingness to assist others to meet deadlines
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Other Compensation
A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position in the US is $70,000 – $85,000. Starting pay may vary based on additional factors. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation.
Work Location Flexibility
We ask that individuals spend 3 to 4 days a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team.
