Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end close activities as the Staff AccountantOwn balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple accounts and entities as the Staff AccountantSupport job costing and project accounting, including reconciliations and cost tracking, as the Staff AccountantAssist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and support occasional plant visits as the Staff AccountantPartner with operations and internal teams to improve processes, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting and audits as the Staff Accountant Qualifications For The Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting3–5+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP and month‑end close exposureExperience with or interest in construction, manufacturing, inventory accounting, or job costing Work Environment for the Staff Accountant On-site role with occasional plant visitsHands‑on, fast‑paced environment with evolving processesCollaborative team with direct leadership exposure
