Responsibilities
- AP & AR focused role
- Prepare and issue invoices through QuickBooks Online
- Process daily check runs and payment orders
- Apply incoming payments and manage client escrow balances
- Coordinate payments to media vendors across multiple channels
- Assist with bank reconciliations as needed
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements
- Prior Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
- Basic Excel skills (summations, columns)
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with daily deadlines
