Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Help with the month-end and year-end processes
• Aid in accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Analyze financial data to produce accurate reports and statements
• Manage sales and use tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance and timely filing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 1-5 years of experience
• Full cycle accounting
• Manufacturing experience
