Staff Accountant

Overview Of The Role

Aid in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Publish and record journal entries.
Conduct account reconciliations and balance sheet analyses.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Analyze variances and provide ad hoc reports.
Maintain organized and precise accounting records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (including internships or entry-level positions)
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and advance within the accounting function
