Staff Accountant

Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on Staff Accountant to support a mid-sized, growing organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Handle AP/AR processing (invoices, payments, billing, collections follow-up)
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Support month‑end close and financial reporting
• Afford assistance with payroll, audits, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of basic GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
