What You’ll Do
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation
- Process payments, credit card activity, and cash applications
- Assist with audit schedules and compliance-related reporting
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation efforts
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year of GAAP-based accounting experience
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Excel; Sage Intacct experience is a plus
