Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial records
• Auxiliary with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial data to support business and operational decisions
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate tracking of production and expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
