What You’ll Do
- Manage daily AP/AR activities and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and support month-end close
- Aid with payroll processing for union and non-union employees
- Reconcile accounts and support basic financial reporting
- Participate in system migration (Sage 50 to Sage 100) and process automation initiatives
- Serve on operational and cross-functional projects as needed
What You Bring
- 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business setting
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, and month-end processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working onsite
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting systems preferred
