Staff Accountant

About the role

The ideal candidate will support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. They will prepare financial reports and analysis, partner with operations and project teams, assist with audits and internal controls, and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Infor experience is a plus
• Experience with construction, industrial, engineering, or project-based businesses is highly preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Infor software

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 – 90,000 + bonus
