Responsibilities

• Prepare account reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities.
• Process AIA billing and ensure timely, accurate invoicing for construction projects.
• Maintain job cost records and support project accounting functions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Review vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to support financial reporting and project profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Previous experience with AIA billing is required.
• Experience with job costing, month-end close, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
