Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and accruals
- Aid in financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with operations and staffing teams on billing and collections
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Help improve accounting processes and workflows
