Stadium Usher (2026 season)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to their seats while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.
• Become an expert of the stadium layout, seating areas, and guest amenities.
• Recognize situations which require escalation to Full-Time staff to ensure customer satisfaction and/or safety.
• Work entrance gates, using handheld scanners to screen admission tickets.
• Work reserved parking areas to ensure only authorized guests use the limited number of available parking spaces.
• Review guest tickets to monitor access to hospitality sections, including providing wristbands to eligible guests.
• Treat all guests in a respectful manner.
• Stand for extended periods of time and move around the stadium as needed.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
• Aid in ensuring safety and maintaining the cleanliness of access points while engaging with guests to assist with their needs before, during, and after the event.
• Aid in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
• Give directions to places inside or outside the venue.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (~ 4-8 hours/shift).
• Must be able to remain in a stationary standing position for 50% or more of the shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in a respectful manner with guests and staff.
