Stable Hand

Medieval Times is looking for Stable Hands to assist with the care of our horses.

About the role

The Stable Hand contributes to the overall show quality by maintaining a healthy, well-groomed herd of horses and a clean, well-maintained stable area. Ensures cleanliness of stable stalls by cleaning each stall on a rotating basis as directed. Assists with the grooming and exercising of the horses.

Responsibilities

• Clean stable stalls on a rotating basis as directed
• Assist with grooming and exercising of horses
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care for the stable area and horses

Requirements

• Ability to work with and around horses
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Pay

$20.63 per hour
