Stabilization Interventionist
About the role
Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEM's Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS). Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in clinical trainings. Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.

- Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
- Participate in clinical trainings.
- Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors.
- Must have a valid California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance.
- Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Experience with ABA and related therapies.

$31.98 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
