Stabilization Interventionist
About the role
Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEM's Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS). Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. Participate in clinical trainings. Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
Responsibilities

- Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist
- Participate in clinical trainings
- Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Must have one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors
- Must have a valid California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance
- Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population
Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Applied Behavior Analysis
Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Experience with ABA and behavioral interventions

Pay
$29.61 hourly + opportunities for quarterly bonuses
Schedule
In-person/on-site required. Hours and schedule will be determined based on client needs and departmental requirements.
