As a Wardsperson Trainee, you will provide day-to-day assistance to nursing staff throughout the hospital and transport/transfer patients across the campus in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with daily ward operations
• Transport and transfer patients across the hospital campus

Requirements

• Confirmation of Aboriginality (required as part of the recruitment process)
• Willingness to complete Certificate III in Health Service Assistance to meet ongoing employment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Effective problem-solving skills

Pay

$64,440.53 - $64,891.88 per annum plus superannuation
