SSD - Service Account Manager - Southern Territory

For our client, we are seeking a SSD - Service Account Manager - Southern Territory to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role is focused on driving service-related revenue growth across strategic accounts in the Southern territory. The position will partner closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to expand long-term relationships, shape account plans, and deliver tailored solutions that support operational and financial goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $147,675 – $246,125 annually Responsibilities Generate service sales growth within assigned accounts in the Southern region Develop strategic account plans to retain and grow business Promote the company's asset performance management portfolio Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders Assess customer needs and position tailored solutions Lead strategic selling activities, including deal planning and negotiations Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, or business-related fields preferred 4+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in life sciences or analytical instrumentation Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in strategic accounts Experience in consultative, value-based selling and building long-term customer relationships Strong communication skills to convey operational and financial value of solutions Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and laboratory operations is preferred Benefits Option to work remotely Sales incentive eligibility Choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
