SRE Virtual Desktop Operations Engineer - AVP

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions that ensure reliability and performance
• Maintain IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve potential issues and vulnerabilities
• Implement automated tasks and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Establish secure configurations to protect infrastructure against cyber threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IT Infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Stay updated on industry technology trends and contribute to the organization's technical communities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Cloud, CVAD, & Gateway
• Strong background in Windows Server, Windows 11 multi-session, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and VDI profile management
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions
• Expertise in SRE principles for enhancing platform reliability and performance
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
