Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfill business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
- Implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, utilizing software scripting/coding disciplines.
- Ensure the infrastructure is secure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats, protecting hardware, software, and data from unauthorized access.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements, devise solutions, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, contributing to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Requirements
- Experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Cloud, CVAD, and Gateway.
- A background in Windows Server, Windows 11 Multi-Session, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPOs), DNS, certificates, and VDI profile management.
- Experience applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve platform reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.
- Experience using monitoring, alerting, and telemetry tools such as Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Splunk, Observe, and related platforms.
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned enterprise environments.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, preferably in a virtual desktop or cloud environment.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ITIL and SRE best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based services and platforms.

Pay
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
