SRE Transformation Lead / Reliability Engineering Consultant

What's the Job?

Lead and execute SRE transformation initiatives within a large regulated enterprise environment.

Implement and scale SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks to improve reliability metrics.

Collaborate with senior leadership to influence reliability measurement and funding strategies.

Drive automation, resilience, and operational efficiency to reduce incident rates and MTTR.

Establish credibility and foster a culture of data-driven reliability engineering across teams.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering, SRE, or related fields.
• Proven success in leading SRE transformations in large, regulated organizations.
• Expertise in implementing SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks at scale.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, demonstrate flexibility, and establish credibility quickly among technical peers.
