Responsibilities
- Maintain monitoring and observability platforms
- Manage incident response and root cause analysis
- Ensure SLA/SLO compliance
- Implement automation and reliability engineering practices
- Plan performance and capacity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or similar roles
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and operations
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Proven track record of incident resolution and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred
