Sre Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a high-performing cloud operations team responsible for supporting and maintaining a diverse portfolio of enterprise cloud platforms. This individual will focus on automation, observability, incident management, and platform reliability across a multi-cloud environment. The team provides Level 3 support for a broad range of cloud-based products and services.

About the role

Daily responsibilities include triaging and resolving escalated incidents from L1 and L2 support teams, performing deep root cause analysis, and determining whether issues are related to customer applications, platform services, or engineering defects. When required, the engineer will collaborate with development and engineering teams to drive permanent solutions and platform improvements.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position based in Chandler, AZ. The role is a contract position with an anticipated close date of August 28, 2026.
