Sr. Worldwide Specialist – GenAI/ML, Accelerate Compute, Data & AI GTM

About the role

The Sr. Worldwide Specialist – GenAI/ML, Accelerate Compute, Data & AI GTM will help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI. They will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Models team, responsible for helping our customers build and deploy GenAI models to power end applications and use cases across industry verticals.

Responsibilities

• Help develop the industry's best cloud-based solutions to grow the GenAI business.
• Engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services.
• Work directly with GenAI model providers, Inference service providers, and ISVs, around model performance evaluations and optimization on AWS infrastructure, developing demos and proof-of-concepts of GenAI end applications and use cases with large models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

Qualifications

• Business and technology background enabling leadership and engagement with startups and large enterprises
• Domain expertise in GenAI and key ML use cases, as well as system/solution development on Edge devices
• Technical depth to articulate the benefits of AWS GenAI-related services and solutions to data scientists and C-Level executives
• Understanding of GenAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and passion for market development and evangelism
• Adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS and external customers and AWS partners
• Drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling GenAI on AWS, interact with customers directly, and work with GenAI model providers and solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions
• Work closely with account teams and product teams to drive model implementations and develop new solutions
• Adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with other teams within AWS and representing the team to executive management
• Passionate about helping companies/partners understand best practices for operating on AWS
• Look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers that can help accelerate innovation

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
