Sr Worldwide GTM Specialist - GenAI, AI Services and Bedrock, Data & AI GTM
About the Role
You will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon purpose built AI Services, including Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, Amazon Textract, and Amazon Bedrock. You will engage with product managers to influence product direction and help our customers utilize Amazon AI Services, working backwards from key customer use cases in areas such as Voice AI. Responsibilities also include developing GTM plans, leading customer engagements, driving external/internal evangelism, and developing scale assets.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon AI Services and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities
- Conduct market sizing activities
- Work with counterparts from across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline
- Work with customers to understand technical requirements
- Create content to train the field teams
- Drive industry thought-leadership
- Work with product teams to define new features
- Identify partners
- Drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon AI Services
- Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems
- Work with model providers and solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions
- Work closely with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations
- Look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers to help accelerate innovation
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 2+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs across large-scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting
- Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and working cross-functionally

- Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions

Pay
- USA, NY, New York: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
