Sr Worldwide GTM Specialist - GenAI, AI Services and Bedrock, Data & AI GTM

About the role

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) for Amazon AI Services and Amazon Bedrock? In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon purpose built AI Services, including Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, Amazon Textract, and Amazon Bedrock. You will engage with product managers to influence product direction and help our customers utilize Amazon AI Services, working backwards from key customer use cases in areas such as Voice AI. Responsibilities also include developing GTM plans, leading customer engagements, driving external/internal evangelism, and developing scale assets.

Key job responsibilities

• Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon AI Services and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market sizing, build an opportunity pipeline with global counterparts, and understand customer technical requirements.
• Create content to train field teams, drive industry thought-leadership, and work with product teams to define new features.
• Identify and engage with partners to support GTM efforts.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their business problems and work with model providers and solutions architects to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions.
• Work closely with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations.
• Look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers to accelerate innovation.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.

Pay

• USA, NY, New York: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
