Sr Wealth Strategy Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to assist financial advisors in client conversations, provide analytic information, understand client goals, support client relationship building and business development activities, analyze portfolio performance reviews, and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and understanding client goals
• Support client relationship building and business development activities
• Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change

Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• 5+ years of experience in the finance sector
• Bachelor's degree focusing on Finance or Business (preferred)
• Excellent communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills
• Analytical and logical (able to solve problems)
• Team player

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Experience in wealth management or related field
• Knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail

Benefits

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - Minnesota - Wayzata: USD 60,000 - USD 75,000 per annum. The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors including role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
