About the Role

This role will provide overall leadership to the South Florida Water business line in collaboration with other local business line leaders in the district and region including: Environment, Planning & Advisory Services, Transportation, Property & Buildings, Pursuit Management, Strategic Growth Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage advanced projects to support key clients and enhance our positioning locally.
  • Deploy our unique expertise and perspective to create new value for clients and provide civic and industry leadership in South Florida.
  • Manage client coordination and cross-selling efforts across all business lines locally.
  • Prioritize investments to enhance WSP’s ability to deliver high quality, sustainable projects for clients bringing the best tools and practices available to market.
  • Optimize the client and employee experience through regular review and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Focus on innovation and enhancing health & safety, quality and sustainable standards.
  • Pull together the best teams to maximize productivity including bringing in technical expertise as applicable to best solve client challenges.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Water Resources or closely related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant post education experience in water resources engineering.
  • Professional License.
  • Strong business development with connections to local agencies and municipalities in Florida.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
