Sr. UX Researcher

About the role

A Sr. UX Researcher is needed to lead user research initiatives that inform product design and development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX research, a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, and the ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user research studies to gather insights from target users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights for product design
• Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform product improvements
• Develop and maintain research methodologies and processes
• Write and present research reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or related field
• Experience conducting user research using various methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in research software tools such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or UserTesting

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
