Sr. UX Producer (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic UX discovery and delivery roadmaps across cross-functional portfolios to accelerate high-priority digital initiatives.
• Mitigate project delivery risks by developing integrated dependency maps, resource allocation models, and executive-level status reporting.
• Establish scalable operational frameworks, change management protocols, and enterprise tool adoption to optimize UX team workflows.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate enterprise design systems and maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic UX program management, operations, or design delivery experience in complex matrixed environments.
• Advanced expertise in Jira/Agile workflows, Design Systems (e.g., C11n, AEM), and modern design ops capabilities.
• Proven track record of optimizing delivery health, managing cross-initiative dependencies, and delivering data-driven executive reporting.
• Bachelor's degree with exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management, change communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
