UX Designer (Hybrid)

A leading Fortune 500 financial services firm is seeking a Senior UX Designer to turn complex transactional workflows into intuitive, high-trust mobile and web experiences. In this role, you will act as a consultative partner across cross-functional teams, driving product innovation that empowers millions of clients to manage their digital assets confidently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end user research, wireframing, and interactive prototyping to create intuitive digital asset experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Partner consultatively with cross-functional Agile engineering and product teams to translate complex financial concepts into scalable interface designs.
• Lead design exploration and strategic decision-making in ambiguous environments to evaluate key trade-offs and align with business objectives.
• Elevate design system patterns and channel guidelines to maintain high craft standards and seamless multi-device user journeys.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX design experience for digital products, including 1+ year dedicated to native touch-based mobile interfaces.
• Mastery of Figma and modern product design tools, backed by an online portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking.
• Proven track record of independently owning complex initiatives, navigating ambiguous requirements, and delivering high-visibility business outcomes.
• Strong consultative communication skills with experience leveraging AI workflows or technical collaboration to accelerate delivery.

$63.00 - $66.00 per hour
