Sr. Utility Project Field Coordinator

Essential Duties

• Captures complex utility infrastructure and construction-related projects within plant, distribution, and campus utility systems.
• Directs contractors and monitors project activities in real time to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of work.
• Provides on-site observation and guidance to ensure projects meet operational, financial, quality, and service objectives.
• Supports planning and implementation efforts to align projects with departmental goals and standards.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of project coordination, project management support, or related experience.

Department Preferences

• Plant operation and maintenance experience.
• GIS data collection experience.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and contractors.
• Experience with using project planning software (e.g., MS Projects).
