Sr. UKG Configuration Analyst
About the Role
This position focuses on UKG configuration activities within the digital HRT Application Management team, supporting operational excellence and continuous delivery of product enhancements for UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Activities, and other capabilities across the Cox Enterprise population in the U.S.
The role involves supporting Timekeeping, Accruals, Data Hub, Time Clocks, Activities, and other functions while collaborating closely with Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams. You will work with a matrix organization of configuration leads, HR teams, and business partners to develop, implement, and maintain enterprise systems, policies, and procedures.
Additionally, you will partner with Integrated Business Technology (IBT) teams and key HCM stakeholders to deliver transformational programs, including mergers and acquisition activity, leveraging digital HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, research, and deliver UKG and HR technology configurations aligned with strategic priorities.
- Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, presenting and implementing alternative solutions.
- Stay abreast of system changes, new functionality, and industry best practices for UKG implementations.
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy system enhancements, rule changes, and updates across UKG environments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations, workflows, and process improvements within UKG.
- Support timekeeping compliance requirements, including overtime regulations, meal and break rules, and state-specific labor regulations.
- Develop and maintain enterprise systems, policies, and procedures in collaboration with HR teams and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in HR technology. Alternative combinations include a master’s degree and 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of HR technology experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Pro, or UKG Dimensions.
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, pay rules, and workforce management modules within UKG.
- Strong functional knowledge of time collection, labor tracking, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and payroll integration processes.

Pay
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00 per year. The base salary may vary based on factors such as location, candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation through an incentive program.
