Sr Treatment Coordinator- Manhattan
About the role
Support the Studio Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing routines. Maintain a strong understanding of insurance, schedule management, and treatment planning to support studio performance. Partner with the Studio Manager and broader teams (member experience, revenue cycle) to support a seamless guest journey. Oversee ordering of supplies, including Amazon shipments, and manage studio inventory. Optimize provider scheduling to balance team efficiency and guest needs. Drive patient (member) retention through outreach and follow-ups for unscheduled treatment. Provide warm, consistent hospitality for every guest — whether in-studio, by phone, or by email. Collaborate with the entire clinical and non-clinical team to ensure high-quality guest and team experiences. Take initiative to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision.

Requirements
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and move around the studio for extended periods while supporting front desk operations and studio needs. Manual dexterity and proficiency with office technology, including computer systems, phones, and point-of-sale tools. Adequate vision (with or without correction) to review schedules, financial presentations, reports, and other documentation. Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the studio to assist with daily operations such as tidying, organizing, and preparing the space. Occasional lifting or movement of supplies, packages, and equipment up to 25 pounds. Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with guests, team members, and cross-functional partners both in person and through technology.

Pay Range: $27 USD - $30 USD
