Sr Treatment Coordinator- Manhattan
About the role
Support the Studio Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing routines. Maintain a strong understanding of insurance, schedule management, and treatment planning to support studio performance. Partner with the Studio Manager and broader teams (member experience, revenue cycle) to support a seamless guest journey. Oversee ordering of supplies, including Amazon shipments, and manage studio inventory. Optimize provider scheduling to balance team efficiency and guest needs. Drive patient (member) retention through outreach and follow-ups for unscheduled treatment. Provide warm, consistent hospitality for every guest — whether in-studio, by phone, or by email. Collaborate with the entire clinical and non-clinical team to ensure high-quality guest and team experiences.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of insurance and treatment planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay Range: $27 USD - $30 USD
