Sr. Training Operations Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Training Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee the operational backbone of global training programs, ensuring learning content, systems, and processes work together smoothly across commercial teams. You will lead learning administration, curriculum organization, and readiness tracking for a complex international audience. The position also partners closely with stakeholders across training, operations, and content development to support consistent delivery, reporting, and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the learning management system and related learning technologies
• Maintain structured curriculum catalogs and learning pathways
• Coordinate global commercial training calendars and events
• Oversee certifications and learner readiness documentation
• Manage translation and localization processes
• Develop reporting for learner engagement and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in LMS administration or learning operations
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms, such as Seismic Learning or Cornerstone
• Experience managing training calendars and multilingual content
• Strong project-management and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple global workstreams independently

Compensation

$107,060 – $147,213 annually
