Sr. Technical Talent Sourcer

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for multiple concurrent global searches
• Identify and engage passive talent through various sourcing methods including social platforms
• Evaluate technical candidates using domain knowledge rather than just keyword matching
• Collaborate with recruiters and managers to refine search strategies and participate in intake sessions
• Map competitor landscapes and compensation trends for strategic hiring insights
• Conduct screener calls for Product Management and Design candidates
• Write compelling job descriptions and maintain accurate candidate records
• Champion diversity sourcing practices in all searches

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or a blended sourcing/recruiting role
• Success sourcing for Product Managers, Product/UX Designers, and Software or Infrastructure Engineers, preferably in health-tech or data-intensive platforms
• Expertise in at least two functional areas: Product Management, Design/UX, Engineering, or Infosec/IT
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
• Experience with ATS systems like Lever, managing candidate pipelines and documentation
• Ability to evaluate candidates in cloud, distributed systems, and DevOps environments
• Skilled in tracking sourcing metrics and conducting structured recruiter screenings

Pay

$100,000 – $125,000 annually
