Sr. Technical Success Manager - US PubSec - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization by aligning security solutions to customer business goals
• Own customer relationships through regular business reviews with stakeholders
• Proactively manage risk by identifying signals and developing mitigation plans
• Support healthcare customers by navigating compliance and security standards
• Enable customers on feature adoption and contribute to knowledge bases

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with account management responsibility
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and security compliance for healthcare customers
• Solid grasp of core networking protocols and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with cloud security technologies in a post-sales capacity
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and authentication protocols
