About the role

Supports customer success initiatives by providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure consistent and accurate support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support to enhance their skills.
  • Participate in product development cycles by providing feedback on user experiences and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
